Privacy policy

EkipJet is a service by SixtyFour Labs that installation and service firms use to track work orders, technicians and the devices installed at their customers. This policy covers the EkipJet web panel (ekipjet.sixtyfourlabs.net) and the EkipJet Android app.
Roles
- Each firm using EkipJet is the controller of the customer data it enters. SixtyFour Labs processes that data only on the firm's behalf and to provide the service (processor).
- For the account data of a firm's users (admin, office, technician), SixtyFour Labs is the controller to the extent needed to provide the service.

What we do not collect
- No location data. For directions the app hands the address to your phone's maps app; your location never reaches us.
- The camera is used to scan barcodes and for job photos the technician takes on purpose. No image is kept while scanning; only the code read is saved.
- No ads, advertising ID, analytics or tracking tools. The web panel sets no tracking cookies. If the app or the panel crashes, the technical details (error text, page, version, browser/device type) are stored on our own server only to fix the error and deleted after 60 days.
Where data is stored and who receives it
- Data is stored with Supabase on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Notifications are sent with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and contain the job number, customer name and job title.
- If a firm uses customer SMS / WhatsApp, the customer's mobile number and a short status message are sent at the service stages it chose through the firm's own Netgsm and/or WhatsApp Business (Meta) account. The access details of those accounts are kept only for sending and are never shown again, not even to the firm.
- Whoever opens a service tracking link sees only the device name, ticket number, stage, dates and price; never the customer's name or phone.
- Data is never sold or used for advertising and is not shared with third parties other than the providers above, except where the law requires it.
- Each firm's data is technically separated; one firm cannot see another firm's data.
Stored on your device
- The web panel keeps your session and language/theme preferences in your browser's local storage.
- The Android app keeps your jobs and not-yet-sent records on the phone so it can work offline. They are deleted when you sign out.
How long we keep data
- Data is kept while the firm's subscription runs. When it ends the account becomes read-only; on the firm's request the data is deleted or exported and handed over.
- Records of deactivated users (e.g. jobs they closed) stay, as they are part of the firm's job history.
Security
- All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Row-level authorisation limits access to the users of the firm concerned, and technicians to the jobs assigned to them.
Your rights
- Under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK (Article 11) you may access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing.
- If you are a customer of a firm that uses EkipJet, please contact that firm first; we support it for data processed on its behalf.
